Sicily Mandarin

The Sicily Mandarin variety is a true gem among citrus fruits and it is being picked fresh from the Riverland right now. With its smooth, bright orange skin and plump, juicy segments, it is a visual treat that invites you to indulge. The flavour profile of the Sicily Mandarin is a delightful balance of sweet and tangy, with a refreshing zing that awakens the senses. One of our favourite versatile vegetables is in season as we speak – Celery! This humble veg can be included in a variety of dishes, Salad? Pasta Sauce? Soup? We say all of the above. If this still doesn’t have you convinced, just slather a piece with peanut butter, you won’t regret it. Celery is a good source of vitamin K, which plays a crucial role in bone health. Vitamin K helps ensure that calcium is properly utilized and incorporated into bone tissue, promoting bone strength and density.
