New Market Hours 2026

Further to the memorandum issued on 31st October 2025 regarding proposed changes to Market trading hours, the Board of South Australian Produce Market Ltd (SAPML) has now concluded its consideration of the submissions received and has made minor amendments to the operational schedule, reflecting feedback on a range of matters.

The Board carefully reviewed the feedback provided and thanks those who took the time to respond.

After due consideration, the Board has resolved to proceed with the trial closure of the Market Trading Floor (Market Square) on Saturdays, effective 1st July 2026.
