This year’s breakfast will feature a powerful and honest panel discussion with women who began working at the wholesale market decades ago — often in their teens — when the industry was male-dominated, the hours unforgiving, and the work largely unseen by the wider community.

These women built careers before sunrise, balanced early starts with family life, navigated workplace culture, and helped shape the market and industry we know today. Their stories reflect resilience, leadership and the true meaning of giving to gain — creating opportunity not only for themselves, but for those who followed.
